Introduction

7Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, transmit, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of mdt88. Unauthorised use of Platform content may constitute infringement of copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights and may expose you to civil or criminal liability.

8Limitation of Liability

Where an account is closed for a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. Where an account is closed at a player's own request or for administrative reasons unrelated to misconduct, any verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
